- Works closely with the other internal and external teams to ensure forecasts and orders are accurate to minimize OOS (Out-of-Stock) if not emliminate or excess inventories.
- Initiates and leads the demand forecast generation
- Identify the gaps between the demand forecast and the company target with recommendations for bridging the gaps
- Syncronizing the demand forecast and the order replenishment cycles, inventory levels, etc.
- Evaluates the demand forecast accuracy, identify the gaps source, and reports them for management decisions
- Demand Review Preparations (DRP) - validates sales forecasts at SKU Level (Stock-Keeping-Unit) through comparative analysis; Initiatives Pipeline Volumes with CBD
- Collaborate with MS&P Team to have latest input of any changes in Strategic Sales Plan.
- Provides analysis and recommendations in improving demand planning accuracy results
- Submits confirmed order to the suppliers/vendors as per the defined deadlines after having the thorough analysis and getting the manager's approval
- Proactively follow-up Open Orders to be shipped and received as per planned RDD's. / ETA
- Monitors item availability on a daily / weekly basis and communicates carried risks to stakeholders with recommendations for management decisions
- Tracks item movement in terms of availability, inventory, forecasting and initiative excellence monthly
- Initiates promotional items transfers as per the preplanned initiative roadmap
- Provides analysis and recommendations in improving supply planning results
- Ensures that items are accurately created on the ERP system matching the price structures
- Evaluates out of stock hurts and put the action plans for improvement (CFR)
- Performs other tasks as delegated by the Line Manager
