Descon is looking for an experienced Incharge / Lead – QAQC (Civil) to join an ongoing Oil & Gas construction project at the Ruwais site. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all quality-related activities for the civil discipline, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all QA/QC activities related to the civil discipline
Provide technical guidance and quality oversight to project teams
Ensure implementation of project quality plans, procedures, and ITPs
Review and approve quality documentation, reports, and inspection records
Monitor civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams on quality matters
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
Strong expertise in QA/QC systems and civil construction quality control
Proven leadership experience in handling quality teams on large projects
Excellent technical, reporting, and coordination skills
