A government entity in Dubai is seeking qualified and experienced Medical Audit Analysts to join its team. This role is open to UAE Nationals (male and female) with a strong medical background and proven experience in medical auditing and case review. The position requires high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and review medical cases in accordance with established policies and standards
Verify the accuracy and authenticity of medical documents and reports
Analyze work-related injuries and sick leave cases
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and information security controls
Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders
Prepare audit findings, assessments, and related documentation
Requirements
UAE National (Family Book mandatory – male & female)
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Dentistry
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the medical field
Must be a licensed medical practitioner
Strong knowledge of medical auditing, documentation, and compliance
High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality standards
