Key Responsibilities:
– Support day-to-day EH&S operations in a fast-paced Construction environment.
– Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
– Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
– Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
– Train and mentor teams on best HSE practices.
– Lead RCCA identification and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a relevant field.
– A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in the construction industry for the HSE Supervisor position.
– Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
– Proficient in conducting audits and risk assessments.
– Excellent project management and communication skills, in English and Arabic.
– IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH or a Relevant certificate.
