Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of industry-specific safety and technical standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in training or development is a plus.
