Qualifications – Graduate / Post Graduate
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic, social, and emotional issues
Support students in personal development and career planning
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to address student needs
Identify students requiring additional support and refer to appropriate services
Maintain confidential student records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Prior experience in school counseling preferred
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
