Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the company
• Utilize the Odoo system for recruitment and HR management
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
• Support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong English communication skills and mandatory Arabic speaking skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Odoo system
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment is a plus
