Job Title: Assistant Product Manager – Real Estate Finance
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance, Business, or related field)
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and managing real estate finance products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product positioning
Support product launch, campaigns, and promotional activities
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Monitor product performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field
Prior experience in banking, real estate finance, or financial product management preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of real estate finance products, processes, and regulations
