Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity in the local and regional market
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Manage content calendars and campaign timelines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital strategy
Proven experience in the fashion industry (retail background is a strong advantage)
Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, audience growth, and successful campaigns
In-depth understanding of local and regional social media trends
Excellent communication and creative skills
Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory
