Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Support: Handle day-to-day HR admin and be a go-to person for employee queries
Employee Records: Keep employee data accurate, organised, and always up to date
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism

HR Systems: Update contracts, amendments, and employee status changes in HR systems
HR Reporting: Prepare simple HR reports to support planning and decision-making
Payroll Support: Prepare and check payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and changes
Payroll Coordination: Work closely with Finance and payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly payroll

Final Settlements: Support end-of-service calculations and payroll-related questions
Medical Insurance: Manage employee insurance enrolments, renewals, and changes
Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with providers on coverage, claims support, and updates
Visa Support: Track visas, renewals, cancellations, and employee status changes

Compliance: Maintain visa and government records in line with UAE labour law
Employee Letters: Prepare employment letters, certificates, NOCs, and official documents

HR Compliance: Support audits and keep HR documents aligned with company policies
HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and help improve processes where neededQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a must).
