Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Strategic Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value, cross-functional projects
Develop and optimize supply chain, procurement, and inventory management processes
Implement and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals)
Drive operational efficiency through digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage key stakeholder relationships
Liaise with international suppliers and partners
Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
8–10 years of experience in strategic project management, operations, or supply chain optimization
Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated industries (Pharmaceuticals / Oil & Gas)
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
Experience leading digital transformation and automation initiatives
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
