Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires accurately documenting interactions, escalating issues to appropriate departments, and maintaining a professional demeanor while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with relevant software and systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communications are a plus
