Key Responsibility:
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Design managed services, outsourcing, NOC, SOC, and support solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, SLAs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Conduct technical assessments and solution design aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and pricing accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT services presales or service delivery (managed services, operations, or security).
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and operational support models.
- Experience preparing proposals for Kuwait-based customers and tenders.
- 7+ years of work experience with Network Operations Center (NOC)
- 7+ years of work experience with ITIL Certified
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in presales IT operations.
- ITIL Foundation certified.
- Background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or operations services.
- Experience dealing with government entities, oil & gas, or enterprise accounts.
- Strong command of English—both written and spoken.
