We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology systems. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure, security, and support functions while aligning IT strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementation, and process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff across the organization.
- Supervise and develop IT team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management or a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in project management and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
