Key Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
Welcome customers into the store and engage them through effective questioning to understand their needs
Recommend, demonstrate, and sell appropriate products, including cross-selling and link selling
Close sales professionally and provide efficient till point service
Build and maintain relationships with regular and key customers through follow-ups
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
Inform customers about in-store promotions and brand initiatives
Store Operations & Visual Standards
Ensure products are merchandised and maintained in line with brand, hygiene, and visual merchandising guidelines
Rotate stock to ensure older stock is displayed ahead of newer deliveries
Maintain high housekeeping standards, including counters, shelves, and window displays
Monitor daily stock levels and recommend replenishment orders to the Store Manager or Counter Supervisor
Administration & Compliance
Complete all store and administrative tasks accurately and within timelines, including customer database updates
Maintain personal grooming and presentation standards at all times
Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education / Certification
Training or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Make-up
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience within the beauty industry
