Job Title: Arabic Paid Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms
Optimize campaigns based on KPIs, performance metrics, and analytics
Conduct audience research and segmentation for Arabic-speaking markets
Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop ad copy and visuals
Test new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to improve performance
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective advertising
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
Creative approach to campaign planning and ad copywriting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
