An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Head to join a growing organization in the UAE. This senior role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who can drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth across multiple operations.
As Finance Head, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy while maintaining strong controls and governance standards. You will work closely with senior management to support long-term planning and key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Overseeing accounting operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes
Managing cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial control frameworks
Providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Ensuring adherence to UAE financial regulations and best practices
Supervising and guiding finance teams across multi-branch operations
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a senior-level finance or head of finance position
Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations
High level of analytical, organizational, and decision-making capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, expanding business environment
