Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in a similar upscale restaurant or hotel environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards
Creative approach to cuisine and presentation
