Job Requirements:
Education & Training: BS in Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling the completion Tendering Cycle from Contract Requisition to Contract Commencement and carrying out all jobs pertaining to Contract Management for Drilling Rig and Workover Services..
Technical Competence:
Familiar with preparing of Tender documents for Drilling & WO Rig Contracts.
Technical evaluation of the Contractors for new Tenders and performance evaluation.
Issuing Mobilization/ demobilization letters to the Contractors
Monitoring NTEV of the Contracts.
Verification of the Contractor Invoices
Preparing letters to the Contractors for different issues related to the Contract and follow up.
Preparation of Adjustment Orders for the Development Drilling & Workover Rigs
Supporting Operations Teams on the Contract related matters and commissioning of the new Rigs
Prepare/ Review/ Modify the Contract documents , equipment as per the KOC well requirement
