Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase brand visibility.
Plan and execute digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement.
Prepare marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance against KPIs.
Collaborate with spa management and operations teams to ensure seamless brand messaging.
Oversee content creation, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Previous UAE experience is preferred.
