Job Description:
This role involves all design projects within the organization. Includes leading and coordinating all stages of the design process, such as:
- Concept design
- Schematic design
- Detailed design
- Hand Sketch/BIM
- Tender documentation
- Design support during construction
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Ensuring design quality and compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Planning and monitoring design deliverables
- Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Reviewing and approving design outputs
- Resolving technical issues
- Supporting tender evaluations
