Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store as per the brand standard and guidelines.
Supervise, lead, and direct the team and ensure satisfactory performance.
Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and good quality of drinks and food products to achieve store sales target.
Initiate and drive LSM (Local Store Marketing) to improve topline sales.
Manage stock control and inventory management.

- Strong store & people management
- Strong product knowledge, planning and project management
- Excellent follow-up and initiative-taking abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and sales skills
- Knowledgeable in hygiene and food safety
- Knowledgeable in POS and ordering system e.g., Foodics & Odoo
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Energetic and self-starter
- Flexible & adaptable to change

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor / Manager in F&B Industry
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Arab National
- With Valid Kuwait Residency & transferable
