Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Analyze Food Cost (COGS), labor costs, and operating expenses and implement corrective actions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide rolling forecasts for multiple restaurant outlets and brands.
- Manage division-wide cash flow, including accounts payable, receivables, and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Partner with Brand Managers and Operations to analyze P&L performance per branch and provide actionable insights.
- Supervise the integration between (POS) and the ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, with a managerial role within the F&B or Retail industry.
- Deep understanding of F&B operations, inventory, and high-volume retail management.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking.
