We are looking for a proactive HR & Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This role plays a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth office operations and effective coordination with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR administration including employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Handle front office and daily administrative operations
- Assist with client and key account coordination, quotations, and documentation
- Support compliance with local labor laws and government requirements
- Prepare HR and recruitment reports
- Support employee relations and workplace initiatives
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in HR operations and recruitment coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
