Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (required). Master’s degree in public administration, IT Management, or Business Administration (preferred).
Professional Certifications
• BRMP (Business Relationship Management Professional) or CBRM (Certified Business Relationship Manager) certification (preferred).
• ITIL certification (advantageous, for IT service management alignment).
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business relationship management, IT business analysis, or IT stakeholder engagement roles, preferably in government or financial/taxation environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT demand management, governance processes, and service management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and document high-level business and technology requirements.
• Familiarity with tax administration systems, digital government platforms, and integration requirements (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and portfolio/demand management tools.
