Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large-scale F&B operations
Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
Responsibilities:
Oversee all F&B operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service
Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures for all F&B outlets
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measures
Supervise inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier relations
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Collaborate with chefs, service managers, and other department heads to optimize workflow and service quality
Prepare regular reports on sales, costs, and operational performance
Train, mentor, and develop F&B staff to enhance productivity and service standards
