Job Title: Security Supervisor – Female (Supermarket)
Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management is a plus
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in retail or supermarket environments
Experience managing female security staff is preferred
Candidates with relevant UAE/GCC experience
Requirements:
Supervise daily security operations within the supermarket
Manage and lead a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Monitor store entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to prevent theft or security breaches
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Prepare security reports and maintain incident logs
Train and mentor security staff on safety procedures, emergency response, and customer interaction
Proven experience in security supervision within retail or supermarket environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
