Job Title:
Inclusion Teacher

Qualifications & Experience:
Attested Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
Diploma in Education or an active Certified Teaching License
Degree Equivalency Certificate
Minimum of two (2) years’ teaching experience in American and/or British Curriculum schools
IELTS score of 7 (mandatory)
UAE teaching experience with ADEK / KHDA / SPEA approval is preferred
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and support inclusive lessons for students with diverse learning needs
Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists
Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers to adapt teaching strategies for inclusion
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with parents, school leadership, and external specialists to support student learning
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inclusive education strategies and SEN frameworks
Ability to manage documentation, assessments, and progress tracking
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ADEK / KHDA / American or British curriculum standards
Commitment to student-centered and inclusive learning
