Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Preferred Qualification: MBA or equivalent
Experience: 8–15 years in operations management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in managing teams, driving operational performance, and delivering business growth
Responsibilities:
Lead overall operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets
Drive performance across all departments and ensure exceptional service standards
Manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to optimize profitability
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Foster a positive organizational culture and promote continuous improvement
