Details:
- Assist in implementing the company’s marketing and branding activities.
- Coordinate and manage printed materials such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, and promotional items.
- Liaise with vendors for printing, branding, and marketing-related services.
- Organize, maintain, and update company files and official documents.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings and calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Coordinate daily office activities and provide general administrative support.
- Follow up on government licenses, permits, and official approvals.
- Liaise with ministries, authorities, and external entities as required.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to company messengers and representatives.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure continuous availability of stationery and office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (industrial sector preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience dealing with government entities in Kuwait is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the company externally.
