Job Title: School Counselor
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or relevant field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a British Curriculum school
Experience in UAE schools preferred
Fluency in English is mandatory
Immediate joiners only; candidates serving notice periods will not be considered
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support to students for academic, social, and emotional development
Conduct assessments and create intervention plans for students in need
Guide students on career and higher education opportunities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student well-being
Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and programs to promote mental health
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
