Job Title: Retail Planner
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate (Diploma in Retail / Marketing / Supply Chain preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in FMCG categories
Location: Ajman, UAE
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage retail plans including sales forecasts, inventory planning, and replenishment
Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and consumer demand to optimize product availability
Coordinate with buying, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock flow
Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Support promotional planning and evaluate promotion effectiveness
Ensure alignment of planning activities with business goals
