We’re Hiring: Head Pastry Chef (High-End Bakery)
We’re seeking a creative, energetic, and hardworking Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and elevate our signature desserts.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily pastry production with consistent, luxury-level quality
• Create and develop new products (seasonal collections, plated desserts, pastries, cakes)
• Train and supervise the pastry team; set clear standards and workflows
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and immaculate kitchen organization
• Manage ordering, stock control, and waste reduction

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head/Senior Pastry Chef in a high-end bakery or hotel
• Strong creativity, discipline, speed, and attention to detail
• Leadership mindset and ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of modern techniques and classic foundations
