Landscape Project Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Interpret landscape designs and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Manage procurement of materials, plants, and equipment in line with project timelines.
• Supervise site teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and municipality requirements.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in landscape project management in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale landscape projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscape/softscape works, and horticulture.
• Fluent in Arabic and English(spoken and written).
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Immediate availability is a must.
Preferred Skills :
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with local authority approval processes (e.g., ADM, DM, DDA).
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
