Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
Track materials, manpower, and resources
Support site coordination and progress follow-ups
Identify risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Preferred Skills
Experience in construction, signage, IT, or engineering projects
Knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Valid driving license (if site visits are required)
