Job Title: Guest Relations Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles in hotels or hospitality.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain guest records, feedback, and communication logs.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow up on guest feedback and implement measures to improve service quality.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Knowledge of front office operations and hospitality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
