Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and control manufacturing operations across Film, Printing, Converting, Paper Cups, and Paper Tissue production units
Translate approved production plans into disciplined shop-floor execution across multiple locations
Optimize machine utilization, labor productivity, and material yields while minimizing downtime and scrap
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth production flow
Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance deviations, and implement corrective actions
Drive cost control initiatives and continuous improvement programs across manufacturing operations
Lead, mentor, and manage production teams with strong shop-floor leadership and accountability
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
Experience:
10–15 years of overall manufacturing experience
5–7 years in a senior production leadership or management role
Technical Expertise:
Multi-process manufacturing operations
Production planning execution and cost optimization
Scrap reduction, downtime control, and efficiency improvement
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Advanced English proficiency for reporting and cross-functional coordination

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 22,000 – 30,000 per month
(Based on senior-level Production Manager roles in Saudi Arabia with 10–15 years of experience)
