Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Hard Services operations, including HVAC, electrical, civil, plumbing, firefighting, and water systems.
Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) programs, CMMS accuracy, and asset management to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Manage departmental budgets, P&L performance, cost‑saving initiatives, and resource planning.
Supervise and develop engineering teams and contractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and safety standards.
Drive technical excellence through project management of installations, refurbishments, inspections, and facility upgrades.
Monitor KPIs, service requests, and operational performance to deliver exceptional facility reliability and guest satisfaction.
Review technical documentation, approve PM/SOP procedures, allocate manpower, and ensure efficient maintenance workflows.
Coordinate with operational departments to support daily facility needs and communicate scheduled downtimes or service interruptions.
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management within the Hard Services Division.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Certified/qualified HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Gas/Oil Engineer.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on technical experience in installation, commissioning, or supervision.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing engineers, contractors, or technical teams.
Strong knowledge of:
HVAC (FAHU, AHU, FCU)
BMS
Pumping and water treatment systems
Fountains/aquatics
Boilers and heat exchangers
Firefighting and suppression systems
Basic electrical systems
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable
Certified Facilities Manager or similar accreditation.
Experience in hospitality or theme park maintenance operations.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, CMMS systems (MAXIMO, CAFM), Oil & Gas, project management.
Engineering or Facilities Management degree.
Landscaping and lighting engineering knowledge.
