Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in retail management, preferably in supermarkets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good understanding of inventory management and sales analysis.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Relevant educational qualification; additional certifications are a plus.
