Construction Manager (High-Rise Buildings)
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Develop construction strategies, sequencing, and methodologies suitable for high-rise structures
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Commercial teams
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Manage subcontractors’ performance, productivity, and contractual obligations
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years managing high-rise buildings
• Proven experience in reinforced concrete structures, vertical construction, and tower cranes
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and international standards
• Experience in UAE high-rise projects is mandatory
