Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage architectural works on-site during the construction stage
Ensure full compliance with IFC drawings, project specifications, and local authority approvals
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and architectural finishes
Coordinate architectural activities with Structural and MEP teams
Review, respond to, and close Architectural RFIs with practical, site-oriented solutions
Liaise with design consultants for technical clarifications and approvals
Monitor quality standards and ensure adherence to approved design intent
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 15+ years overall experience as a Site Architect
Regional Experience: UAE/GCC main contractor experience – mandatory
Project Exposure: High-rise tower construction projects
Technical Skills:
Strong construction-stage architectural execution
Authority approval processes and site coordination
Availability:
Currently based in the UAE

Average Market Salary (Estimated)
AED 22,000 – 30,000 per month
