Landscape Architect
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct preliminary studies of the site and environmental impact assessments (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, heritage).
• Creating conceptual visions for a variety of landscape architecture projects.
• Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
• Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations.
• Production of project design drafting and detailing.
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates.
• Execute a project from concept through construction documentation
• Co-ordinate / advise site consultants/ company representatives on landscape design and technical related matters
• Co-ordinate / source local suppliers / materials
• Provide approval for contractor work
• Attend site co-ordination and progress meetings
