Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed structural drawings including:
• Foundations
• Columns, beams, slabs
• Staircases
• Retaining walls
• Structural steel layouts
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Interpret structural design calculations, sketches, and specifications from engineers.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations, project standards, and building codes.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.
• Assist in quantity take-offs when required.
• Support site teams by providing clarifications and updated drawings.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman (experience in GCC is a plus).
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and structural steel detailing.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Revit Structure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with structural detailing standards and symbols.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret structural calculations and design drawings.
