Job Position: Admin Assistant
Company Name: BuildWell HR Solutions
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Graduate qualification:
Salary AED 4,000–4,500 plus annual benefits
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Fridays can be work from home at times
Handle daily administrative and office support activities
Manage correspondence including emails, calls, courier, and documents
Organize purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
Coordinate with suppliers, perfumers, production, and sales teams
Track sample requests, dispatch details, and customer follow-ups
Maintain product data sheets, MSDS, IFRA documents, and compliance files
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports or presentations
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant in the UAE
Good communication skills in English are mandatory
Experience in the fragrance or perfume industry is preferred
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
