Estative is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth transactions, efficient document management, and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist sales agents and management with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts, MOUs, agreements, and other legal documents while ensuring compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
CRM Management: Maintain property listings, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate data entry for leads and transactions.
Coordination: Liaise with developers, clients, and government entities regarding property transactions, contracts, and approvals.
Client Assistance: Handle client inquiries professionally and provide necessary support throughout the transaction process.
Marketing Support: Assist in preparing property brochures, online listings, and other marketing materials.
Reporting: Maintain records of sales, contracts, and property transactions, preparing periodic reports for management.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, scheduling, and other operational tasks to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, RERA laws, and contract processes.
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Experience coordinating with developers, brokers, and government agencies is a plus.
