Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Clinical Social Worker for their client in Abu Dhabi.
We are looking for Clinical Social Workers with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience post qualification. You would be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of a patient's social, emotional, psychological, and environmental needs and history to develop a complete picture of their condition and risk factors (e.g., danger to self/others). Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals to create and implement an individualized treatment plan. This often involves providing individual, group, and family counseling or therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Providing immediate support during psychiatric emergencies or crises, such as suicidal ideation or domestic violence, and developing personalized safety plans.Acting as a central connector to ensure patients receive all necessary internal and external support. This includes facilitating access to housing, financial assistance, educational programs, and other community resources. Playing a primary role in coordinating a safe and effective transition for the patient from the hospital back to their home or a less intensive care facility, which may involve arranging post-hospital care, home health services, or follow-up appointments. Advocating for the patient's rights within the healthcare system, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality, and helping families understand and cope with the illness and treatment options. Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Salary : Upto Aed 20,000 per month plus benefits (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
