Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in electrical supervision on construction, MEP, or industrial projects
Proven experience managing electrical installation, maintenance, and site teams
Requirements:
Supervise electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on-site
Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
Inspect and test electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure compliance with standards
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards
Experience in reading electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
