Job Title: Business Development / Broker Relations Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business development or broker relationship management
Proven experience within the UAE medical insurance market
Strong understanding of UAE health insurance regulations and market dynamics
Requirements:
Established network with insurance brokers and corporate clients in the UAE
Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
Strong commercial awareness and market analysis skills
Capability to work independently and manage senior-level relationships
Willingness to travel for client and broker meetings as required
