Laboratory Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for implementing Quality Control procedures.
• Responsible for the testing of quality of all the finished products as well as all the incoming raw-material in the production house.
• Responsible for formulating products manufactured by the group and later R & D on potential new products.
• Making small batches as a sample as per correct formulations and check that as per the standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and operation of the chemical analysis and testing.
• Responsible for routing and non-routine chemical testing of raw materials, bulk product, finished goods.
• Managing the workforce in the lab efficiently
• Evaluate and implement new chemical analysis procedures.
• Possess a thorough understanding of laboratory safety requirements and experience with chemical instrumentation and software, and other basic lab equipment’s and also to have computer skill and be able to multi-tasks.
• Take care of lab, lab equipment’s and maintain proper records and files.
• Provide and prepare samples as per sample request.
• Provide necessary support to production department
• Provide certificate of conformity as per requests.
Qualifications & Skills :
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s /Master Degree in Chemical Engineer or relevant experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience preferably in chemical production
• Strong computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Application)
• Good English communication skills
