Job Position – Sr. Technician NOC

24/7 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
Act as first-line support for voice & data network issues
Monitor network health (CPU, memory, interfaces) on Cisco routers & switches
Perform basic configurations (VLANs, ports, backups)
Monitor SIP trunks & SBC platforms for voice quality issues
Troubleshoot basic VoIP connectivity problems
Support SIP MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes)
Work with SBC platforms (Cisco IPT, AudioCodes, Ribbon)
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers
Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
CCNA preferred
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Experience with Cisco IOS, routers & switches
Understanding of SIP, VoIP, SBCs & basic firewall concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication abilities
Comfortable working 24/7 shifts (including weekends & holidays)
